At Konover, we believe in being a good corporate citizen and in giving back to the communities in which we work and live.
We enthusiastically encourage our Associates to get involved - and they do, in a big way. Several times each month, our Associates select a charity to benefit from our Casual Charity Days. On selected days, Associates get to wear their jeans to the office in exchange for a charitable donation. Konover Associates also volunteer and form committees to organize several large fundraisers throughout the year for various organizations.
