Konover Development Hires Development Associate 01/30/2009

Konover Development Corporation is pleased to announce the hiring of Greg Konover as its new Development Associate. Joining Konover Development in 2008, Mr. Konover’s primary responsibilities include financial analysis of new projects, oversight of net leased properties and lender and investor reporting. Commenting on the newest member of the team, Jim Ainsworth, President & Chief Executive Officer of Konover Development Corporation said, “Greg’s background in mathematics and risk analysis bring important skills to KDC in meeting the development challenges faced in volatile real estate markets.”

Prior to joining Konover Development Corporation, Mr. Konover was an Actuarial Analyst at Darwin Professional Underwriters (Farmington, CT). There, he utilized his mathematical knowledge and statistical skills to develop insurance rates and analyze corporate performance.

Mr. Konover is holds a BA degree in Mathematics from Cornell University. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Connecticut, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, an active participant of the CT ICSC Next Gen Planning Committee and a member of the the Real Estate Finance Association's CT Chapter.
